On-site Catering is a service we provide whenever you book our tastefully decorated banquet hall for an event, be it a wedding reception or any other occasion worthy of a celebration. We are happy to accommodate you for community events, fundraisers, or corporate affairs. We also are popular with many civic, municipal, and large institutions in the Metro Detroit area.
With us as your catering partner, your event is sure to be a success. Gary Kuhlman has owned Park Place Catering and Banquet Hall for over 50 years, and Chef Greg Ivan has led the professional culinary and banquet team for over 21 years with great success.
For on-site events on Friday we require 125 minimum number of guests, on Saturdays the minimum is 150, and our maximum capacity is 250 at all times. We quote events that include food, bar, gratuity, and service fees at a flat rate.
We have a menu for your vegan niece, low cholesterol choices for your uncle, dairy-free for one cousin, and gluten-free for the other. We’ve got everyone covered! No one will go hungry, and everyone’s needs will be met. Our reputation for flexibility and catering to diet restrictions includes halal menus, traditional menus, and more. We will please every palate on your guest list!

You’ll be glad to know our banquet hall has a patio, too, where guests of all ages can enjoy the outdoor air. Choose from one of our menu options or let Chef Greg design a menu specifically for you. Our menus cater to vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, and dairy-free, meat lovers, and everyone in between.
